After years of leaking and damage to the interior of the building Ryman Properties decided it was time to replace the existing commercial roof system. The aim of the project was to protect the history and the structure of the building. We removed the existing concrete tile roof system and installed a modified bitumen vapor barrier then installed a 60 mil Fibertite membrane using CR-20 foam adhesive. The project was finished on time and we provided the customer with the solution they were seeking.
