In 2021, Vanderbilt University’s Student Health Center in Nashville, TN, had a significant roof problem. The old roofing material no longer kept water out, and the facility was at risk of extensive water damage. This roof was particularly challenging because of the numerous HVAC penetrations. Our team took great care to ensure that each penetration was sealed correctly to avoid future water damage.
