Project Manager

The right person for this role will be able to learn our services, our mission, our values, and our industry to start providing solutions for a large client base. 

As a project manager, you will lead the way in managing commercial roofing projects. Given our service and position in the industry, you will gain more knowledge about project management and solving project issues than anywhere else, while you maintain a record of exceeding your goals. 

What you will be doing: 

• Successfully complete an in-depth training on project management, roofing and waterproofing industry, customer service, and budgets. 
• Continue a training program to sharpen your skills. 
• Perform project management activities to create schedules, budgets, and customer service.  
• Navigate organizations to move the project forward.
• Collaborate with a wider team of sales, estimating, operations, and technicians to achieve profitable projects. 

Requirements:

What are we looking for: 

• You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management in a rapidly changing environment 

• You are well versed in applying schedules and budgets to projects.

• You have strong written and verbal communication skills

• You have a natural curiosity about how and why things work 

• You have not met a goal that you have not attained

• You can handle different perspectives while staying focused and organized in your thought process

• Your emotional intelligence is high giving you the ability to listen and empathize with customers

• You can receive feedback as a tool that makes you better
• You have a strong will to succeed in every setting
• You are not afraid of heights or ladders 

Bonus Skills: 

• You have above average knowledge of business suite software 
• You have public speaking, debate, or prospecting experience
• You have experience managing customer expectations
• You have experience with estimating and budgeting and associated software
• You have commercial roofing application or project management experience
