In this video, we take a look at the commercial roofing project our Memphis commercial roofers’ team recently completed at UM Hospital Memphis.

The hospital had serious leaks in its windows, control and expansion joints, and flashing. Our roofers went in and started by removing all of the old sealants.

We then replaced it with Garland Tuff-Stuff caulking in the control and expansion joints and Garland All-Sil clear around the windows. We completed the process with two coats of Seal-A-Pore HP to take care of any water intrusion issues.

The project only took 60 days to complete, and the client was extremely happy with the results.
