In 2020, We completed a large commercial roof installation project on the Hamilton County Courthouse at 625 Georgia Avenue, Chattanooga, TN, 37402. This 100-year-old building posed unique challenges for our team as the building was high off the ground and had many angles and levels.

The project involved installing a new roof system on the entire building, including the dome. We used multiple roofing systems, including Metal Roofing, Single Ply Membrane Roofing, and Modified Bitumen Roofing on the job to build a custom cover to fit the historical dome on top of the roof.

Our crew had to climb up the high building in the center of town, which made it a logistical problem. However, our roofers were able to put in a new roofing system covering 20000 sqft without harming the structure’s historical integrity. We successfully completed the project in 1 year and the building has been protected from the elements ever since.

This project is a perfect example of our team’s ability to take on any commercial roofing challenge, no matter how big or small.
