The Eskola Team of Commercial Roofers in Morristown, Tennessee is back in Duncan, South Carolina, for another commercial roofing project! This time, we’re re-roofing a square-modified flood coat and gravel facility with a 217,000 square foot roof size.
A happy customer is a returning customer, and that’s precisely what we have here. We did such a great job on their previous roofing project that they allowed us to do it again! It’s always an honor to be given the opportunity to work with a customer again, and we’re grateful for the chance to better serve our community.
This time around, we’re tearing up the existing flood coat and gravel and replacing it with a new, modified float gravel roofing system. To strengthen the roofing system, we’re installing a cover board with a two-layer modified bitumen membrane. This is designed to provide superior protection against wind, rain, and hail. This system is perfect for businesses in areas that are prone to severe weather conditions.
The customer was very happy with the results.
