If you are a regular viewer of our commercial roofing videos, you might have watched our fantastic work on the 86th tower for Baptist Hospital. This time, we were asked to help out with their Surgical Center. And let us tell you, this roof was quite a challenge!

The Baptist Surgical Center had eight shingled sections, a unique wall system, and a large flat area – all of which were leaky. But our team of expert commercial roofers from Lexington, KY, was up for the task.

We applied new shingles totaling 14,000 square feet, a waterproofing primer, and then 22,000 square feet of Garland’s armor wall panel system to stop the water intrusion. We also installed 22,400 square feet of flat roofing.

Our experienced team of commercial roofing contractors was able to finish this project quickly and efficiently in just 4 weeks without compromising on quality.

After all the work was done, there were still some water intrusion issues. We back-checked our work and knew that the new roofing and waterproofing weren’t the issue. We narrowed the problem down to the improperly sealed glass and helped them find a glass contractor that could solve the problem.

The result? A perfectly reconstructed roof that is now leak-free, healthy, and will last for years to come!
