Scope:

Remove Existing Roof down to Wood Deck
Install new vapor barrier
Install two later os Garland Versiply 40 base sheet
Install two layers of new insulation with adhesive
Install one layer of cover board
Install one layer of Garland Stressbase 80 in cold process adhesive
Install one layer of Garland Stressply FR Mineral Cap sheet in cold process adhesive
Install new gutters and downspouts
Remove existing stone coping and reflash and replace

The roof was over the gym area and was leaking. The owner wanted the roof completed by the end of August to allow students to come back. We removed the existing commercial roof, replaced bad wood decking, and installed a new Garland Modified Bitumen Roof system. We also replaced the metal flashing below the stone coping on the roof section. The second portion of the project was waterproofing the exterior of the building. We removed existing sealant along with windows, and control joints and replaced them with new ones. We also installed Garland Seal A Pore onto the existing masonry, which is a damp-proof agent designed for above-grade masonry surfaces.
